It is important to note that individual political figures that somehow may be connected can be equally under the control of the System and while they may have been associated with an alleged impropriety they are not necessarily the initiator or perpetrator.

Further, so as to assure other countries that any such political figure currently in power is serving on behalf of the interests of the United States of America as opposed to the System, and to enhance and maintain national security, it is hoped that they will support commencement of appropriate actions against the alleged perpetrators as opposed to its victims.

And lastly, it must be understood that I am not an activist. I find myself in a situation where after years of unjustified suffering without recourse I have but two choices, to fight or to be destroyed.

 

                                   

Here’s how it is in my foreign country. I am what is equivalent to what is called a forensic accountant. My government asked for my assistance to explain how a certain payment was made and covered up. At first I was thanked for the information I provided, but then I was targeted as if I were an enemy. It turns out that the payment was part of a widespread thing that those in control of the government want to keep secret. For almost eight years now I have been a victim of cruel and unusual punishment.

          In my country, punishment can be inflicted on people like me without any kind of trial. The police will not help. No one seems willing to help. We are placed in a condition of isolation that is much worse than solitary confinement; I call it “Solitary Non-confinement,” where we are surrounded on a daily basis by what we wish to have and be part of but can no longer touch.

I have no privacy or normalcy of living. My telephone obviously is wiretapped, my residence/ office is bugged, they hack into my computer, see my emails, use an otherwise illegal tracking device on my automobile, follow me, intimidate me, take away my civil and human rights, threaten me and destroy my life a piece at a time.

Any new contacts I make – either business or personal - that may in any way provide financial or other gain or support are caused to abruptly terminate all further communication with me! My previously successful livelihood and excellent reputation of over forty years has been destroyed by false allegations made behind closed doors.

Sound like paranoia? No surprise. I understand that is one of the specific goals the perpetrators hope to accomplish; so that a victim’s claims will not be taken as truthful.

Oh, I guess I should tell you the name of my country; it’s called the United States of America.

I grew up believing that America had a “government of the people.” But I now know that is not quite so. Neither do we any longer have a “government by the people” or “for the people.” The “government of the people, by the people, for the people” - America’s representative democracy whose survival Abraham Lincoln hoped to ensure - has indeed perished from this earth, and needs to be reborn.

Way back in 1994, at the urgent request of the then ranking member of the United States House Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs, I went to Washington, DC as an unpaid consultant to explain the apparent method by which a money laundering transaction was made and covered up. The ranking member dubbed it, “The Rosenthal Brief.”

While the current punishment activities inflicted upon me began in 2003, by way of the linkage to what gave birth to them, it is important to understand that the initial attacks took place in concentrated form (an understatement) over a three month period in 1995; at the time of the House’s Whitewater hearings. It is doubtful that the perpetrators were actually authorized by or under the control of the FBI itself, but they did cause conspirators to believe that they were somehow connected. They mistakenly thought that I was going to appear as an expert witness at the Whitewater hearings.

Eight years later, in 2003, the very same individuals glaringly re-initiated their now continuing and verifiable onslaughts against me. And they made sure that I knew it was them. The surprising re-commencement of hostile tactics occurred at a time concurrent with the publication of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s book hallmarking the onset of her mission to run for president in 2008.

When I let the perpetrators know that I had been doing nothing about Whitewater for years and had no plans or intent to do otherwise, and all they needed to do to have me keep quiet about it (the “Arkansas time period,” which was excluded from the hearings in trade for allowing the hearings to occur) is to leave me alone, they intensified their attacks on me!

But this is not a Hillary matter! It’s much deeper than that. It’s about the System and the current state of America. You see, as many are coming to comprehend, it is the System and not the American citizens that exercise true control of our Government; and the System supports the otherwise criminal acts of the perpetrators.

Individuals considered threats to the System (not threats to national security) can be treated as enemies of the state through grossly improper use of authority provided by the Patriot Act and otherwise. As such, we are denied civil rights and protections from our government.

In actuality such individuals are enemies of the state of affairs that bilk the multitude for the benefit of the few. They should be supported, not criminalized.

Since I am not in any way an enemy of the state, if the covert punishment activities imposed upon me by the thugs were legitimate or in accordance with the Constitution and the law of the land, it would not be performed in secrecy; the phony “government agents” could and should be obliged to work in the open and identify themselves as well as their claims against its victim.

Fortunately, if I can ever obtain legal support, the statute of limitations period for taking legal action for conspiracies begins with the time of the most recent act (which was, at the time of this writing, within a year).

Simply stated, the American citizenry as a group constitute a major primary resource; which is the source from which flows wealth, and thereby power and control. In the main, it is that resource that is being protected by those in control, and not the supposed civil rights of the individual members of the whole. Were it otherwise, I would not be under attack.

A related separate but extremely important matter: In consideration of my skills as a fraud investigator /forensic accountant, the blockage of opportunities for me to obtain assignments and/or instructor services not only cause me great personal harm, it helps to safeguard the continuation and non-disclosure of broad-based fraudulent activities in America. Comparable circumstances apply to many others functioning in similar capacity across the nation; including auditors as a class, the SEC, the FDIC and a whole range of agencies and individuals whose basic job it is to protect America from covert financial wrongdoing.

Who knows? If the System permitted right to triumph over wrong, maybe the recent financial crisis would not have occurred. But the condition is unlikely to change. People like me who can provide certain relevant professional education have been blocked from doing so; I, and certainly many others, have been clandestinely blacklisted.

While conducted mainly under cover, the “conspiracy” in place is not a mere theory, and is quite provable given an appropriate and impartial – and long overdue - investigation; in this instance aided by the unique combination of my extensive background in fraud investigation and the experience and findings derived as a result of my long-term victimization.

It’s time American citizens actively acknowledge the existence and workings of the System, and not look the other way, and strongly support effective action to cure the widespread underlying disease that has invaded and putrefied American Democracy.
