C & C Imports, Inc. d/b/a Nancy Corzine v. Turner Greenberg Associates, Inc.
For the Defendant: Within two weeks after my providing of testimony under cross-examination regarding alleged trademark infringement, the Court determined damages of zero in lieu of Plaintiff’s expert’s multi-million dollar damages valuation. The ruling was upheld on appeal.


Igor International, Inc. et al., v. SuperValu, Inc.
For the defense: Testified before an arbitration panel of three in Chicago to defend against alleged damages of as high as $32,000,000. Panel found damages of zero and Plaintiffs were obliged to reimburse the Defendant its legal fees and costs in connection with the litigation.


Licette Music Corp v. A. A. Records, et al
For the plaintiff: Investigation resulted in locating hidden assets and documentation of transfers to avoid creditors holding a $9,000,000 judgment. Multimillion dollar recovery obtained by the plaintiff.


C. J. Spirits v. Todhunter International
For the defense in alleged breach of contract matter: Results of my investigation led to the plaintiff pleading 5th amendment rights at his deposition. Settlement occurred at a fraction of the claim amount.


CPR (USA), et al. v. Biltmore Securities, et al.
Represented Plaintiff to recover lost investment in alleged IPO scam. Successful settlement obtained.


Todhunter International v. Blair, et al.
For the plaintiff: Investigated alleged misrepresentation in connection with corporate acquisition. Case settled.


Mallory vs. Various Trammell Crow entities and other defendants
For the defense, in an action to hold partners/shareholders personally liable for damages sustained by plaintiff. My preliminary analysis effectively nullified plaintiff’s expert's affidavit and led to a settlement based solely upon my clients’ share of "specials," which amounted to only to a small fraction of the multimillion dollars claim.


Pacly v. City of Hialeah
For the plaintiff: Prepared economic loss claim for 70 members of class action lawsuit. Suit was settled.


Alvarado v. Golden Strand
For the defense: Information brought about as a result of my investigation of the plaintiff's employment circumstances in Guatemala was the basis of my Expert Testimony at trial. Jury awarded zero damages to the plaintiff.


Captain Richard Cutter v. State Farm
For the plaintiff: Trial halted by counsel for the defendant immediately after my Expert Testimony. Defendant agreed to and paid $950,000 by 5 p.m. the same day in settlement of the case.


MYD Distributors, Inc. v. U. S. Paint Corp., et al
Consultant to counsel to defendants in St. Louis, MI: Restraint of trade action. Investigated questionable damage claim. Case settled.


Liberties Fine Books v. Crocker, et al.
For the plaintiff: My Expert Testimony resulted in the issuance of a court order, under threat of sanction if not carried out, forcing defendants to produce previously withheld records. My report on the examination of the records so produced is filed under seal of the court. Substantial settlement obtained.


Sampson v. Giuliano Construction, Inc.
For the defense: Information brought about as a result of my investigation of the plaintiff's damage claim was the basis of my Expert Testimony at trial. The jury found damages at counts 6 and 7 of $25,000 instead of over $500,000 claimed by the plaintiff. The plaintiff was obliged to repay the defendant's attorneys fees and costs plus my fees.


J. D. Schwartz v. U. S. Fire Insurance, et al.
For the defense: The results of my investigation caused the plaintiff to withdraw the substantial economic wage loss portion of its damage claim.


PCMC (Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
Conducted investigation in connection with fraudulent check ring and employee dishonesty. Acted as company's representative at State Attorney's office in cooperation with the Miami detective division that made arrests.


Lockhaven Limited Partnership v. La Fontana Apartments of Palm Beach
For the defense: Investigation and evaluation of alleged damage claim. Case settled pre-trial for a modest sum.


Shareholder action
On behalf of plaintiff, investigated allegations of wrongdoing by corporate officers in connection with corporate obligations owing to widow of officer/shareholder.


Kelly Drye Warren Law Firm
Hired as a consultant to Kelly Drye Warren to develop and recover a damage claim on behalf of the firm. A substantial settlement was obtained.


Hill & Knowlton, Canada
Hired as consultant to Hill & Knowlton to develop and recover a damage claim on behalf of the firm. A settlement was obtained. Details confidential.


Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.
Hired by the company to uncover and recover property lease overcharges. Settlement obtained.


Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien & Frankel, Philadelphia
Various lawsuits on behalf of plaintiff and defendant clients of the law firm.


Dilworth, Paxon, Kalish & Kaufman, Philadelphia
Provided Expert Testimony for plaintiff in business interruption case resulting in substantial jury award.


Lynch v. New England Institute of Technology
Expert for defense in copyright infringement suit alleging damages of 1.3 million dollars. My analysis of damages led to settlement at mediation in the amount of less than 10% of the claim, most of which sum was based upon anticipated litigation costs.
