Badges of Fraud

It is important to note that individual political figures that somehow may be connected can be equally under the control of the System and while they may have been associated with an alleged impropriety they are not necessarily the initiator or perpetrator.
Further, so as to assure other countries that any such political figure currently in power is serving on behalf of the interests of the United States of America as opposed to the System, and to enhance and maintain national security, it is hoped that they will support commencement of appropriate actions against the alleged perpetrators as opposed to its victims.
And lastly, it must be understood that I am not an activist. I find myself in a situation where after years of unjustified suffering without recourse I have but two choices, to fight or to be destroyed.

FLORIDA HAS AN IMPORTANT LAW to better enable victims to prove fraud. While the law (the Act) relates to creditor claims in bankruptcy matters, the foundation concept is generally accepted as a means to establish the existence of fraudulent and/or covert activities.

Since covert activities are virtually impossible to prove objectively by a victim in the absence of a confession, the courts have identified certain factors characterized as "Badges of Fraud."

Presumptively, such circumstances (or badges), especially in combination, would not so exist but for the illicit act(s). Also, they may represent indicia of a pattern of wrongdoing.

Among such badges are actions which are not in the usual course or method of doing business. In Hal's case, the regularly occurring and unexplained unilateral termination of all communication with him is a category of such badges. The numerous and documented occurrences of them are equal to badges and, without question, they could not have occurred without the common denominator that is the crime.

A clear intent of the attacks against Hal is the destruction of his ability to obtain revenue from the providing of professional services or otherwise. A related result of those negative activities is the now broad-based rejection of him not only as a professional but as an individual as well.

Any way you look at it he is being severely punished while never having been openly accused of anything or having had the right to defend himself in any way.

In light of the effective elimination of his valuable services as a fraud investigator and as an instructor on the subject of fraud, fraudsters in Florida and throughout the United States have obtained an advantage and to the greater harm of American citizens.
